SFBO week-long course at the Institut Gustave Roussy in France was an immense success! In October 2005, 37 Brazilian physicians joined their oncology colleagues at the Institut Gustave Roussy for a week-long course and professional exchange experience. There was considerable exchange of research information and clinical experience between the Brazilian and French physicians. Besides the scientific exchange there were opportunities for social gatherings. . |

During the week at the Gustave Roussy Institute, we were honored by a visit by the current President of Uruguay, Tabaré Vázquez, a radiation oncologist who had previously worked at Gustave Roussy. |
